The MAS in Educational Management (BM) enables professionals and managers to work and lead at the interface of education and management. Tasks include developing, offering and implementing educational programs, taking into account economic efficiency and cost-benefit calculations.

In the MAS Education Management, professional and leadership competencies are acquired and deepened in order to take on new functions in the field of education management. The modular structure of the program allows for individual orientation or specialization.

The MAS BM prepares students for functional fields in the corporate and school sectors, such as responsibility for continuing education, project management, team management, quality assessment and development, department management, development of offerings and competencies, program design, marketing, and event organization.
