HR managers are ideally employed in SMEs. They support and advise the various department heads and the management in HR-relevant topics. Due to the broad understanding of the role of the HR manager, he/she is able to support overarching projects and help shape processes. The HR Manager acts as an interface between the operational business and the strategic considerations of the management. The work areas also include controlling and managing the HR department.
