This course requires the diploma "Financial Advisor IAF". With the advanced training as a financial planner, you will acquire knowledge in the analysis and planning of financial flows and assets, including risk management for private clients.
As a financial planner with a federal certificate, you will advise your clients on both positive and negative events in their lives: Marriage and divorce, cohabitation and offspring, early retirement and pre-inheritance. These are events that also have financial consequences and accordingly trigger the need for competent advice.
Prerequisite is the completion of the four written modules of the course "dipl. Finanzberater/in IAF" or equivalent qualifications:
Proof of financial practice: two years at the time of the diploma examination
The individual modules of the dipl. financial advisor IAF must not be older than 32 months (from the date of issue) at the time of the diploma examination for financial planner with federal certificate.
A guide regulates the details. The required previous education is determined by the examination regulations. The State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation SERI decides on the equivalence of foreign certificates and diplomas.
