Description
Janitors are able to professionally take care of the maintenance of buildings. Significant changes in building technology, the increase in the proportion of installations, the variety of new building materials and cleaning agents, ecological requirements as well as dealing with building users and employees place high demands on janitors in both professional and personal terms.
Requirements
Admitted to the course at the bzb are those who:
- has completed an apprenticeship in the skilled trades.
Admission to the professional examination is granted to those who:
- has a federal certificate of proficiency (EFZ) and at least 2 years of professional experience as a janitor with a minimum employment of 80% at the time of registration for the professional examination.
Additional conditions for admission to the federal professional examination:
- European Computer Drivers Licence Base (ECDL 4 basic modules),
- Plant documentation, - Presentation (accompanied project work),
- Professional license for the use of plant protection products in horticulture,
- Emergency helper certificate with BLS - AED (independent organization by participants),
- Course certificate for vocational trainers in the training company (independent organization by participants).
