Do you like customer contact and are you enthusiastic about the tourism industry? Typically, guest service representatives work at the front desk in the tourism office, at the mountain railroad, in the hotel, in the rental office, at a tour operator or in another tourism business. They also take responsibility for the planning and organization of offers as well as services. This training is also well suited for a lateral entry into this diverse industry. It teaches the necessary basics of guest service and promotes personal development and social skills.

- Offer design: planning and organizing offers and services, product management
- Event management
- Communication and distribution
- Self-management
- Completed vocational training with federal certificate of proficiency or equivalent
- Matura or equivalent (foreign)
- Completion of upper secondary school
- One year of professional experience at the beginning of the course
- Admission to the examination: two years of professional experience, of which at least one year must be in one of the following areas: Reception/customer service, management/guidance in tourism or organization of events (we will support you in finding an industry-specific position/internship)
- Good written and spoken German (level C1)
- Knowledge of at least one foreign language at level B1
- Willingness to undergo intensive training
- Regular attendance of classes
