• Personal requirements:
  Willingness to learn and regular class attendance
• Mandatory professional requirements:
  good knowledge of German (level C1)
  basic knowledge of accounting in the course "Double-entry bookkeeping introduction"
  At the time of registration for the examination (October of the previous year of the examination), it is mandatory to provide the following evidence
• Option 1: completion of at least three years of basic vocational training and three years of full-time practice in the real estate industry
  or
• Option2: five years of full-time practice in the real estate industry.

Participants who already have a degree in real estate management from edupool.ch can enter the 3rd semester directly.
