Certificazione IPMA Level D® - Certified Project Manager Associate

The task of the project leader (project manager) undergoes constant evolution. Project management has established itself as the best method for implementing change in any industry. The IPMA has defined a list of competency elements needed by professionals active in the fields of project, program and portfolio management. This course, at Innohub Ticino in Manno, prepares you for the IPMA Level D® - Certified Project Manager Associate certification exam.

Participants will review the content described in the Individual Competence Baseline ICB4 document, check their competencies according to the 28 competency elements defined in the IPMA swiss.ICB4 (10 People - 13 Practice - 5 Perspective) through exam simulations and classroom accompaniment they will be able to identify and fill any gaps in order to successfully take the IPMA® Level D Certified Project Management Associate written certification exam, which has a total duration of three hours.

Role Description IPMA Level D® - Certified Project Manager Associate:

• Knows the Elements of Expertise related to project management.
• Has a broad knowledge of project management and can work in a project team.

Targeted counseling will identify and fill any gaps encountered during the Project Management(IPMA Level D® - Certified Project Manager Associate) course training and includes the following activities:

• Intensive verification of one's knowledge.
• Questions and doubts discussed and clarified as a group.
• In-depth study of certain topics if required.
• Individual work on past exam texts to familiarize with exam requirements (D level).

Preparation for the IPMA Level D ICB 4 certification exam requires, in addition to the two classroom days, at least 20 hours of independent platform work and 12 hours of individual study (self-study).
