Job description
At the center of the sales manager's tasks are the conception, planning and management of the sales and distribution organization. Therefore, these professionals are required to have broad knowledge in sales, distribution and key account management in strategy, conception and operational approach. Also flexibility, excellent negotiation skills, human maturity as well as contact skills with people of different mentalities. For the implementation of the chosen strategy, sales managers control and coordinate the executing areas such as field sales, internal sales and logistics.
Target group
Course graduates already have a solid basic education as sales specialists, marketing specialists, etc. and have been working in responsible positions in sales for several years and have the corresponding management responsibility for internal and/or external sales staff.
