The module training SVEB 1, "Conducting learning events with adults" is designed in a blended learning approach and follows the idea of the Flipped Classeroom principle. The implementation is collaborative, workshop-like in guided e-learning and in face-to-face workshops. The topic blocks include the basics of adult learning, didactic principles, understanding group processes, recognizing and harnessing conflicts, and interactive communication in the group that promotes learning.
Requirements
Professional competence in the chosen field of education is required. Experience in conducting and leading learning events with adults is an advantage. In order to obtain the SVEB Certificate Course Leader "Conducting Learning Events with Adults", a successful completion of the module as well as a practical proof of at least 150 teaching hours is necessary. These consist of 100 hours of group teaching, a maximum of 50 hours of individual or pair teaching and a maximum of 50 hours of digital teaching.
