Changeover to medical practice assistant

You are fascinated by the work processes and the administrative work of the medical practice assistant and want to work in a medical practice yourself in the near future.

With your basic training in the medical field, for example as a healthcare specialist EFZ, nursing specialist HF. Dental Assistant EFZ, Pharmaceutical Assistant EFZ, Veterinary Practice Assistant EFZ (see list BAG) you have the prerequisites to attend this course.

The course consists of 5 modules which can be booked individually:

• Work processes and administration in the medical practice
• Laboratory diagnostics basic course
• Laboratory diagnostics follow-up course
• Consultation assistance
• Diagnostic imaging (X-ray)

If you successfully complete all five modules within 5 years, you will receive the diploma "Conversion to Medical Practice Assistant".
