In a constantly evolving world and at the dawn of even more disruptive transformations, the EMBA ML is intended to be generalist in order to respond in a holistic way to future challenges. A true "managerial booster", it enables participants to identify the major challenges of the environment and to develop their skills in the key areas of operational and strategic management, leadership and innovation management.
The EMBA ML is structured around 4 axes that complement and enrich each other in a systemic logic to train visionary and agile leaders
- Management: Finance and management, governance, organization and operational excellence
- Leadership: Manager-leader posture, human systems and change management
- Strategy: Analysis of environmental challenges, vision and development strategy
- Innovation: Innovation generation and deployment
The new name of the EMBA is currently being registered.
Requirements
- The admission requirements are cumulative. Candidates must have the following qualifications and experience.
Title: HES or university degree, or equivalent.
Experience: At least 3 years of professional activity between obtaining the basic qualification and the beginning of the training.
Admission by application
- In accordance with art. 2 of the HES-SO regulations on continuing education, the HEG Arc admissions committee or the HEIG-VD admissions committee may accept, on duly motivated request and recommendation of the employer, persons who meet similar conditions in terms of their training or professional commitment in a company or as self-employed persons.
- Candidates who meet the cumulative conditions below may be admitted on the basis of their application.
- Qualifications: ET, ES or equivalent degree
Experience: At least 5 years of professional activity in a management field between obtaining the basic degree and the beginning of the training.
