Program description
The program teaches managers the ability to react in the best possible way to changing conditions in the market and in their working environment. The fundamentals for successful self-management are also taught. The course is divided into 4 thematic blocks and takes place at the Executive Campus of the University of St. Gallen. Each seminar day is divided into lectures, workshops and coaching sessions by Executive MBA professors, which are complemented by presentations by practical experts from the respective subject areas.
