Description
The in-service training at kv pro provides the necessary skills to prepare payroll accounting from A to Z, taking into account social security, tax and labor law. This expert course deepens the competencies from the course Payroll Manager/in edupool.ch with more complex issues such as the obligation to continue paying wages, calculation of overtime and overtime as well as cross-border employment relationships.
Requirements
- 2 years of general professional experience in a commercial environment as well as
- Certificate Payroll Manager edupool.ch or
- Diploma Administrator edupool.ch: Human Resources, Social Insurance, Fiduciary, Accounting or
- Federal diploma: HR specialists, finance and accounting specialists, financial planners, social insurance specialists, fiduciary specialists
- Interested persons who do not have the above-mentioned qualifications can be admitted "sur dossier" if they have at least 10 years of HR professional experience with a focus on payroll administration.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken German (level C1, see also "Self-assessment test German" available at www.edupool.ch/pr)
