Retail trade specialist with federal certificate of proficiency

Retail specialists are proven professionals who, thanks to their in-depth specialist knowledge and experience, are called upon to perform management tasks. With the specialist certificate, they provide proof that they have up-to-date, sound and customer-oriented specialist knowledge of the retail trade and can implement this knowledge in a practical and effective manner.

This course builds on the Federal Certificate of Competence for Retail Trade Specialists. Upon completion of the Federal Vocational Examination, Retail Trade Specialists are proven professionals who are called to perform managerial tasks as a result of their in-depth specialist knowledge and experience. They can take on the position of supervisor, such as manager, division or department manager, area manager or other responsible functions in the retail trade. With their daily experience and acquired knowledge, these professionals are well equipped to meet today's challenges in the retail trade. Thanks to their competence, they are able to work as success-oriented generalists in their companies - SMEs as well as large enterprises.
