Module A: Basics - 2 days

The participants:

• have knowledge of the laws and standards applicable in Switzerland
• are informed about personnel management and phychology
• know how to create an integrated risk management system
• are able to formulate protection goals
• know how to apply and maintain various security measures in practice.

Module B: Concepts - 2 days

• know how to create security concepts
• know how to operate a risk management in the security area
• know the legal possibilities for internal investigations
• learn how to implement security measures in the company

Module C: Emergency/crisis management - 1 day

• know the most important legal principles and standards
• develop a company-specific emergency concept
• develop a company-specific crisis manual
  • understand which building blocks are needed to plan a crisis management exercise.
