HR specialist with federal diploma

The HR course offers insights into a very complex landscape, which is becoming increasingly relevant. As an HR specialist, you will be familiarized with topics such as recruitment processes, salaries, employment contract and social security law, leadership, communication and correspondence. You will also learn to assume responsibility in the HR area and to solve HR-related problems in a solution-oriented manner. In order to participate in the course, you must have completed your vocational training (EFZ), have a high school diploma or equivalent and have four years of professional experience (two of which in HR).

Modular structure

• First level: HR Assistant HRSE (entrance examination)
• Second stage: HR specialist with federal certificate of proficiency
• Third level: Intensive repetition and preparation for the external examinations
