In this training course, you will deepen your knowledge and skills for processing social insurance cases at the level of qualified case processing and will thus be a competent specialist for social insurers, social services of all kinds, companies and administrations.

Social insurance specialists work primarily in the various branches of social insurance, but also generally in public administration, in the areas of social welfare, personnel management and salaries, fiduciary services, brokerage and consulting. In our training course, you will deepen your knowledge and skills for processing social insurance cases at the level of qualified case processing and will thus be a competent specialist for social insurers, social services of all kinds, companies and administrations.
Requirements
The following persons are admitted to the examination
- anyone who holds a federal certificate of proficiency from a 3- or 4-year basic vocational training program or a high school diploma and can demonstrate at least 3 years of professional experience in the social insurance field after completing basic training by the start of the examination.
- who has a federal vocational certificate of a 2-year basic vocational training and can prove at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of social insurance.
