Technicians HF Informatik plan and implement IT solutions, develop programs or realize network infrastructures. They implement the information strategy of the company or the customer. In all areas of IT, they take on demanding technical and project management tasks.

IT technicians are specialists with a broad basic knowledge of system architectures, operating systems, networks, databases as well as web and software engineering. They assume IT or security responsibility for demanding projects in small and medium-sized companies. In larger companies, they usually specialize in an IT area such as systems engineering, application development or technical informatics. They plan and budget the resources for their responsible area. They regularly analyze and optimize business processes, IT resources and their use in the IT area.
