Learning matters. Most people agree on that. Yet in everyday life, it often slips down the priority list. Between work, personal commitments, and everything else happening around us, it can be difficult to sit down, focus on a specific goal, and consistently build a new skill.
This is exactly where Learniverse comes in.
Learniverse is designed to support learners not only with content, but also with structure, orientation, and practical opportunities to train the skills that matter in real life: job interviews, communication, professional development, and personal learning goals.
Every update we build follows one clear objective: to reduce the friction between learners and meaningful progress.
After an intensive phase of development, we are now introducing several important improvements to the platform. These include a redesigned onboarding experience, AI-powered learning plans, a simpler entry point into Job Interview Preparation and a more intuitive user interface.
Here is an overview of what has changed and why these updates matter.

A better start: the new onboarding experience
The first experience on a learning platform matters. When learners do not know where to begin, they can quickly lose orientation and motivation. That is why we have completely redesigned the Learniverse onboarding experience.
The new onboarding flow guides learners step by step through the most important foundations. First, they define their goals: What do they want to improve? What are they working towards? Which topics are most relevant to them right now?
Next, they personalise their learning experience. This includes preferences such as language, feedback style and the desired depth of content. Finally, learners choose where they want to start – for example with a personalised learning plan, job interview preparation or communication training.
The goal is simple: learners should not arrive on the platform and first have to figure out where to begin. Instead, they start with clarity, orientation and a next step that reflects their actual goals.
Personalised learning plans, built through conversation
The process for creating personalised learning plans has also been significantly improved.
Previously, learners created their plan by completing a structured questionnaire. This approach was useful, but it could also feel somewhat rigid and did not always align with how people naturally think about their goals, challenges, and interests.

Now, the learning plan is created through an AI-powered chat experience. Learners describe their goals, focus areas, topics and challenges in their own words. The AI asks relevant follow-up questions, gathers additional context and creates a learning plan that is more closely aligned with the learner’s individual situation.
This makes the process more natural, faster and more precise. The more context a learner shares, the better the plan can be tailored to them. What used to feel like filling out a form now feels more like a productive conversation — and the result is a concrete, personal learning plan.

AI turns your goals and experience into a personalised learning roadmap.
Job Interview Preparation: simpler setup, same depth
Job Interview Preparation, or JIP, is one of the key features of Learniverse. It enables realistic interview simulations, helps learners structure their answers and provides feedback that reflects real interview situations.
Here, too, we have made the entry process much easier.
Previously, learners had to enter several pieces of information manually: their LinkedIn profile, a job description, preferred focus areas, and additional details about the role they were preparing for. This information is important, but the path to the actual practice session was longer than necessary.
Now, the preparation starts with an AI chat. The AI guides learners through the relevant questions step by step: Which role are they interested in? What experience do they bring? Where do they want to improve? Are there specific topics or situations they would like to prepare for?
Once enough context is available, Learniverse creates a personalised interview simulation. The core strength of JIP remains the same: realistic questions, deeper follow-up and useful feedback. What has improved is the way learners get there. The setup is more intuitive, less technical, and closer to the beginning of a real coaching conversation.

A platform that is easier to use
In addition to the AI-powered improvements, we have also redesigned the overall user experience.
A learning platform is only effective if it is easy and pleasant to use. That is why we have made the interface more compact, clearer, and more intuitive. Important content and features are now easier to access, without learners having to scroll through multiple sections or search for the right place to continue.
The progress indicator has also been moved to a more prominent position. It is now visible in the main area and helps learners keep track of their development more easily.
The new design allows learners to focus more on learning itself and less on navigating the platform. The structure is clearer, the most important features are easier to reach and the overall experience feels more focused and guided.

What these updates mean
Each of these updates improves a specific part of the learning experience. Together, they show something more important: Learniverse is continuing to evolve from a platform with individual learning features into a digital learning companion that actively supports learners throughout their journey.
The platform is not only there to provide content. It is designed to offer orientation, ask the right questions, suggest meaningful next steps, and meet learners where they are.
That is the direction behind the new onboarding experience, the AI-powered learning plans, the simplified entry into Job Interview Preparation, and the redesigned user interface.
For learners, this means fewer barriers, more clarity, and a more personal experience.
For organisations, it means participants can get started faster, practise more intentionally, and receive better support throughout their learning journey.
And for Learniverse, it is another step towards a platform that makes learning more accessible, more relevant, and more effective.
