HR Specialist with Federal Diploma Specialization A: Operational Human Resource Management

As an HR Specialist with Specialization A - Operational HRM, you will work in private companies or in organizations governed by public law. In small and medium-sized companies, you are usually responsible for all HR activities; in larger organizations, you take on partial functions. You make an important contribution to achieving the strategic and operational goals of the company and maintain careful resource management. You also support HR managers in the central HR processes of personnel development and recruitment, job design, appraisal, remuneration and separation.
