HR specialist with federal diploma

As an HR specialist with a federal diploma, you are responsible for all HR management processes, from the hiring of new employees to their departure from the company. You are the internal contact point for employees. The Academy offers this continuing education with three specializations.

As an HR specialist with a federal diploma, you will draw up the requirements profile for the recruitment of new employees together with the line managers. You will accompany the recruitment process through to the conclusion of the contract, including the completion of all entry formalities. You support the HR management in the operational implementation of the personnel policy and have in-depth knowledge in the areas of labor law, salaries, social security and personnel development - including apprenticeships. In smaller companies, you are often responsible for the entire HR function.
