Social insurance specialists work primarily in the various branches of social insurance and deal competently and professionally with questions relating to contributions and benefits. They clarify open questions in a targeted manner and, depending on the case, in cooperation with other offices. On the basis of a situation analysis, they determine the contributions or benefits based on the legal basis. They communicate social insurance decisions in a legally and formally correct manner and adhere to the procedural processes at all times. In their work, social insurance specialists make a decisive contribution to the reliable and legally uniform application of the social security system to insured persons.
