The Human Resources Assistant course is designed to meet the ever-increasing demands of our economy in the area of human resources. After successful completion of this training, participants are able to independently manage the administrative area of human resources and provide support in other areas of human resources. In a staff or line function, he/she supports the planning and coordination of all human resources activities. As the closest colleague of the HR manager or the management, he/she performs all tasks in the HR area that serve the HR-oriented management of the company.
Anyone who can provide proof of a federal certificate of proficiency or a baccalaureate and two years of professional experience (full-time or full-time equivalent) is admitted to the certificate examination.
