- Create sales concepts derived from the corporate and marketing strategy.
- Ensure sales processes by maintaining and using the company's CRM, carry out sales checks and prepare reports and customer quotations.
- Conduct customer meetings and sales negotiations, ensure customer care, complaints handling and represent the company.
- Create needs-based proposal bases, develop operational sales planning to route schedules, develop compensation bases and implement sales activities.
- Plan, network and control the individual instruments of communication.
- Design strategic and operational distribution, enter into meaningful partnerships and continuously optimize distribution processes.

Requirements
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, advertising, marketing communications, direct marketing or public relations.
- You have completed at least three years of vocational training, or have graduated from a state-recognized university, university of applied sciences, a higher vocational examination for commercial professions or a handles/diploma school.
- Your knowledge of accounting is at the level of commercial school/KV or you are prepared to acquire this level in our preliminary accounting course. We will be happy to assist you with an objective assessment.
- You are motivated to devote a substantial part of your free time to your further education goal.
- Your native language is German or you have very good oral and written German skills.
