E-commerce specialist with federal certificate of proficiency

Anyone who:

• Holds a degree as a retail specialist EFZ or as a retail employee or at least an equivalent qualification and can demonstrate at least two years of professional experience in the retail trade after passing the final apprenticeship examination.
• Holds a Swiss Federal Certificate of Proficiency or at least an equivalent certificate and has at least four years of professional experience in the retail trade since obtaining it.
• Holds a federal vocational certificate as a retail assistant and can demonstrate at least four years of professional experience in the retail trade after completing basic training.
• has at least seven years of professional experience

and

• has worked in the retail trade for at least two years and has the required module qualifications or equivalence certificates.

Note: Professionals who do not (yet) meet the above criteria are also eligible for further training. They can take the module examinations. The passed module qualifications remain valid for 5 years.
