Description
The objective of this training is to provide the participant with the knowledge, methods and tools to establish a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach. It gives him/her the skills to integrate, in a pragmatic and structured way, the principles of sustainable development and CSR in the strategic and operational management of the organization. It leads him/her to deploy sustainable solutions to economic performance, human resources and environmental impact management issues in a coherent manner with all stakeholders.
At the end of the DAS in Sustainable Management, the participant will be able to :
- Understand the stakes of the company / public administration / organization in the context of sustainable development.
- Position the strategy of the company / public administration / organization in the frame of reference of sustainable development and ISO 26000.
- Apply tools to evaluate the global and CSR performance of the company / public administration / organization.
- Implement sustainable management policies in the company / public administration / organization.

Requirements
The admission of candidates is based on their application.
- Academic training and several years of professional experience are required. However, 40% of candidates may be admitted on the basis of other criteria, particularly professional ones.
- Subject to the presentation of evidence, it is possible to obtain an equivalence for certain modules of the training (up to a maximum of 20% of the modules).
- Applications must be received before July 15 of each year or 15 days before the beginning of each module for a single course. Applications received after this deadline will be considered on a space available basis. An "earlybird" discount applies until May 31 (see our Registration Fees page).

HEG-Genève reserves the right not to open a course if the number of registrants is insufficient.
