The sales specialist with a federal certificate of proficiency is capable of independently assuming all sales-related tasks in office and field sales or in key account management.
Sales specialists professionally design and implement personal sales on the basis of defined quantitative and qualitative goals and assume responsibility for achieving these goals in their sales territory. Due to their comprehensive knowledge of economics and business management, sales specialists are also able to correctly assess their environment. Based on this knowledge, they develop optimal solutions both for their customers and for their own company.
Admission to the Federal Vocational Examination for "Sales Specialist with Federal Certificate of Proficiency" is granted to those who
a) has one of the following qualifications (previous education):
and
b) has at least 2 years of relevant professional experience (specialized practice).
OR
a) provides proof of a federal vocational certificate (EBA) of a profession with at least 2 years of basic vocational training and
b) has at least 3 years of relevant professional practice (specialized practice).
