Thanks to their technical and social competence, chief heating fitters lead teams and work groups in a success and goal-oriented manner. They are able to network different areas of competence and use them in a situation-appropriate manner. The ibW continuing education program for heating engineers with a federal certificate of proficiency prepares them specifically for the federal professional examination.
Chief heating fitters are people who carry out their professional activities in accordance with the state of the art, thereby ensuring that construction projects are carried out in an environmentally friendly manner and that the health of end users and employees is the focus of attention. They work mainly in teams and are usually employed in middle management positions.
Chief fitters for heating provide their services in a network with various stakeholders such as the client, construction managers, architects, authorities, tradesmen and suppliers. They take on tasks of employee management and development as well as the training and supervision of apprentices in the industry.
