Electrical team leader

Is it your goal to lead a team? With the extra-occupational further training as an electrical team leader, you will acquire the necessary skills to independently manage and coordinate construction sites and to prepare billing documents.

Activities

Electrical team leaders assume a management function within the company. They lead and motivate an installation team, take part in construction site meetings and coordinate installation work. They resolve conflicts and difficult situations respectfully and within the scope of their abilities. In the event of major problems, they inform their supervisor. They propose economical and innovative solutions, draw up and update installation plans, diagrams, government reports, dimensions, etc. They ensure the safety of the installation personnel at all times. Electrical Team Leaders are considered an active confidant in their company.
