Participants in this course are able to process orders efficiently, on time and in a professional manner, to assess risks in international business and to recognize cost-saving potential. They are employed in the areas of export/import administration, sales/purchasing, shipping/distribution logistics/shipping/forwarding, letters of credit/documentary collection/bank guarantees, among others. As a foreign trade specialist with a federal certificate, you analyze customer requirements in all areas of international business. You negotiate with customers and suppliers, taking into account cultural peculiarities, plan and organize the worldwide transport of goods by all modes of transport and prepare or carry out customs clearance with all the necessary documents.
