Description
HR specialists can independently lead and actively support the demanding operational and administrative part of modern personnel management. There is the possibility to deepen the knowledge optionally in the specializations Operational Human Resources Management (HRM) or Private Personnel Placement and Hiring (PPV).
Details
The Federal Certificate of Proficiency demonstrates in-depth knowledge of human resources management in theory and practice, from personnel recruitment to personnel assessment and remuneration to personnel development and release or in the personnel consulting environment in private employment agencies. It certifies that students have the necessary knowledge and skills to support or independently lead a human resources management team according to modern principles in addition to administrative activities, to act as HR division managers in medium-sized companies or to take on responsible tasks in all areas of private human resources consulting.
Target group
- Persons who are active in personnel management or in private recruitment.
Requirements
- To be fulfilled for each specialization: - a Swiss Federal Certificate of Proficiency (EFZ), a high school diploma, a specialized high school diploma, a specialized high school diploma or an equivalent diploma and
- the certificate of successful completion of the HR Assistant Certificate* with HRSE recognition (no time limit on validity)
- as well as for specialization A: Operational Human Resource Management - 4 years of professional experience after having passed the Swiss Federal Certificate of Proficiency or at least an equivalent qualification, of which at least 2 years of HR practice
- for specialization C: Private recruitment and leasing - same basic conditions as A, of which at least 2 years of HR practice; of which at least 1 year of practice in private recruitment and leasing.
- *We recommend additionally attending the online pre-course for HR professionals. This is a learning objective check of the topics from the course for certified HR assistant and gives the opportunity to work up learning deficits individually until the HR course start.
