The training to become an HR specialist with a federal certificate of proficiency provides you with sound specialized knowledge in human resources in theory and practice and enables you to support human resources management as a specialist expert and experienced consultant or to lead it independently.

In the three-semester course, you will be optimally prepared for the examinations for the Swiss Federal Diploma. In the compact basic module, you will learn about the central topics of personnel management. The in-depth modules of the corresponding specialization offer you a high level of practical transfer and optimal exam preparation. This will enable you to get off to a flying start in human resources management.

Job description

Operational Human Resource Management (specialization A)
You support managers in the management of human capital along the entire employee cycle in the central HR processes.

Private Personnel Recruitment and Hiring (specialization C)
You will support your clients in the acquisition of successful personnel resources on the basis of permanent or temporary employment and assume responsibility in the management of temporary employees and your own business unit. You will complete the two basic semesters with us and then transfer to our cooperation partner swissstaffing for the more in-depth training. Your course contribution amounts to CHF 6,700. swissstaffing's costs are charged separately.
