Description
The Höhere Fachschule für Wirtschaft HFW course trains students to become business generalists with broad, networked and action-oriented specialist and management skills. They are able to take on responsibility and are ready for a career. The HFW diploma is highly recognized in the professional world. Graduates of the HFW are characterized by their ability to work under pressure; during the course, employment of at least 50% is officially required.
After successful completion of their training, they are entitled to use the legally protected title of Dipl. Betriebswirtschafter HF or Dipl. Betriebswirtin HF. We have been offering the HFW - with an average success rate of 90% - in the middle of Zurich for more than 20 years!
Requirements
Admission to the HFW course (Business Administration HF) is open to students who meet one of the following requirements:
- Swiss Federal Certificate of Proficiency in Business Administration and two years of practical experience in business or administration after completion of basic training or
- Federal certificate of proficiency in retail trade and two years of practical experience in business or administration after completion of basic training, or
- Diploma from a federally recognized commercial college and two years of practical experience in business or administration after completion of basic training.
- Federal certificate of proficiency in another profession with at least three years of basic education and three years of relevant commercial work experience plus proof of basic commercial knowledge (e.g. commercial school, preliminary courses or by means of an entrance examination.)
- Matura certificate with a major in business and three years of relevant commercial work experience.
