Federal dipl. sales manager

Anyone who holds one of the following qualifications and can demonstrate the required practical experience is admitted to the Federal Sales Manager Examination. Either

• Swiss Federal Diploma in the field of industry-specific professional examinations (e.g. sales / marketing specialists)
• or diploma of another higher professional examination
• or diploma of a higher technical college (e.g. HFW, HFM)
• or diploma of a university

and proof of practical experience: 3 years in a management function in sales and distribution

or

• Certificate of proficiency of a profession with at least three years of apprenticeship
• or certificate of proficiency of a two-year sales apprenticeship
• or diploma of a commercial high school recognized by the Federal Office
• or Matura certificate

and proof of practical experience: 6 years of which 3 years in a management function in sales and distribution.

The SERI (State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation) decides on the equivalence of foreign certificates and diplomas.
