The digital transformation of the economy opens up opportunities for new business models in sales.
The participants of the course learn the current theory about e-commerce and online marketing and are subsequently able to further develop their professional and methodological competence. They plan an online store, apply performance criteria, implement sales-promoting measures and successfully manage online stores, taking into account legal, logistical and technical aspects.
They complete the course as a certified e-commerce manager MBSZ or certified e-commerce manager MBSZ.
