In order to carry out these tasks in the best possible way, it requires professionally and socially competent employees who are aware of the importance of their function in the company and who fully identify with the daily HR work.
HR assistants have the necessary knowledge to independently manage personnel administration in SMEs or public companies or to perform the function of HR assistant in larger companies. They can effectively support managers as well as represent basic HR tasks to the line in a comprehensible and convincing manner and effectively relieve superiors.
You are admitted if...
a) a federal certificate of proficiency or a baccalaureate and
b) 24 months of general professional experience.
The State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI) decides on the equivalence of foreign certificates and diplomas. The required proof of practical experience must be provided by the start of the examination.
