The two-year training program offers ambitious professionals with a completed basic education in the fields of agriculture, specialized agricultural professions, nature and nutrition a practice-oriented, versatile opportunity for further education. The focus is on business management and independent project management. This gives you the decisive competence and knowledge advantage - on the job market as well as in managing a company.

Goals and content

The training lasts just under two years and comprises four training phases:

• Commercial school (October to March)
• Production engineering (April to November)
• Consolidation (November to April)
• Final internship and diploma thesis (April to July)

The full-time training optimally prepares professionals to take on demanding technical tasks as well as management functions in the production, sales and service sectors of agriculture and related industries. It promotes general education for holistic thinking, expands vocational training and strengthens independent, application-oriented work. The in-depth understanding of the relationships between agriculture, society, market partners and the environment enables graduates to develop concepts for sustainable and successful business management and to implement them innovatively in practice.
