Requirements

  • Successful completion of the HR Assistant Certificate Examination or equivalent within the last five years prior to the professional examination.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience after passing the Federal Certificate of Proficiency, of which at least two years in a qualified HR function.
  • For the specialization "Operational Human Resource Management": 4 years of professional experience after having passed the Federal Certificate of Proficiency or an equivalent qualification according to a), of which at least 2 years in an HR function (according to the job description in section 1.2).
  • For the specialization "Public Personnel Recruitment and Consulting": 4 years of professional experience after having passed the Federal Certificate of Proficiency or an equivalent qualification according to a), of which at least 2 years of AVIG enforcement practice (according to the job description in section 1.3).
  • For the specialization "Private Recruitment and Staff Leasing": 4 years of professional experience after having passed the Federal Certificate of Proficiency or an equivalent qualification according to a), of which at least 2 years of HR practice (according to job description no. 1.2, 1.3 or 1.4); of which at least 1 year of practice in private recruitment and staff leasing (job description no. 1.4).
