Management specialists with federal certificate of proficiency

The Swiss Association for Leadership Development SVF is based on a comprehensive understanding of leadership. Aspects of interpersonal relationships (leadership) are just as central as business aspects (management). The training concept is modular and divided into four levels. This enables managers to acquire the necessary competencies and qualifications step by step and at the appropriate level.

Field of activity

The Networking Management Specialists program combines the Leadership Management Specialists and Management Specialists courses and provides targeted preparation for the professional examination. Upon successful completion of this examination, students are awarded the title "Management Specialist with Federal Certificate of Proficiency".

Target audience

People who have completed their basic education and have several years of professional experience and are preparing for a management position or people who have recently taken on a management position. People who want to lead in a cooperative, team-oriented and entrepreneurial way. People who are aiming for a degree in management with a federal certificate. People who may already have a degree in higher vocational education and who would like to specifically enter the field of management.

Learning content

In this preparatory module, students are prepared for the Federal Vocational Examination for Management Specialists by means of targeted exercises. As part of the written exam preparation, students are specifically prepared for the four-hour case study with networked and module-integrating content. In addition, students are prepared for the oral examination with exercises. The oral examination consists of an approx. 90-minute discussion with module-integrating content; the focus is on the content of the leadership modules.In class there is the possibility to discuss the solutions and possible questions.
