Management specialists with federal certificate of proficiency

Management specialists take on management tasks in business or public administration. They recognize business contexts and integrate them into their leadership work. As part of a team, they design and manage organizational change processes and are familiar with the procedures and techniques used for this purpose. As professionals in leadership and communication, they lead a team or a department in a far-sighted and goal-oriented manner.

Training paths

Thedirect training concludes after 5 semesters with the federal professional examination. This option is recommended if you are aiming for a fast completion and are already sure at the beginning of the training that the federal certificate is your goal. In this variant, no previous commercial knowledge is required. During your training, you will complete the basic commercial training (modules 2 and 3) as well as modules 4, 5 and 6 of the advanced level II.

The combined training follows on from the commercial school (modules 1, 2, 3) or the commercial training. From the completion of the VSH commercial diploma or the EFZ commercial diploma, the course lasts three semesters and includes modules 4, 5 and 6 of the advanced level II.
