Mission Statement / Vision

WIOS is a politically and religiously neutral educational center with cantonal recognition.

Our goal is to help people - regardless of their background, convictions and prerequisites - on their individual life paths to personal progress through the best possible education in our subject areas and thereby to achieve sustainable progress. We always motivate our students to make the most of their talents.

We do not meet our students in a state subordination relationship, but on an equal footing as educational partners. As an educational center and family business at the same time, we act innovatively and flexibly. As a private company, we recognize the rapidly changing educational needs of business and society on the one hand, and on the other hand we can already integrate corresponding educational offerings into our school operations before they are adopted years later in a state education decree.
