HR specialist with federal certificate of proficiency

In this exciting continuing education program, you will obtain a federal certificate of proficiency and build up comprehensive expertise in human resources. At the same time, you will strengthen your position on the labor market and recommend yourself for various HR positions. The main topics of the two-semester course are personnel placement, personnel consulting, personnel leasing and human resources management.

The HSW Fribourg and the WKS KV Bildung offer only the first specialization in Operational Human Resources Management. The professional examination HR-Fachfrau/HR-Fachmann comprises three specializations: Corporate Human Resources Management, Public Recruitment and Consulting, and Private Recruitment and Leasing. HR specialists specializing in operational human resources management work in private companies or in organizations under public law. Depending on the size of the company, they work as generalists or as specialists. HR professionals specializing in public recruitment and personnel consulting work as consultants in regional employment centers (RAV) under public law. HR specialists specializing in private recruitment and staff leasing work for private recruitment agencies or staff leasing companies.
