HR professionals are employed in companies in a wide variety of human resources management functions. In all companies as HR specialist and subject matter expert, in medium-sized SME companies also as HR generalist with management responsibilities.
Preparation for the federal professional examination, which entitles you to bear the title "HR-Fachmann / HR-Fachfrau, eidg. Fachausweis".
General competencies
You will acquire knowledge of personnel recruitment, selection and employment, compensation, coaching, employee support and development, company social welfare, employment contract law and international HR management, in close connection with business administration and economics. You will be able to solve organizational and operational psychological problems.
Individuals with empathy, understanding of other people, adaptability and integrity of character, decisiveness and assertiveness, as well as pedagogical skills, in order to be able to properly lead other people in the HR area of a company, flexibly but purposefully and with a sense of reality.

- 4 years of professional experience after passing the Federal Certificate of Proficiency or at least an equivalent qualification, of which at least 2 years must be HR experience.

There is no time limit regarding the validity of the certificates.
