Description
As an ideal supplement to the clerk courses Human Resources / Social Insurance / Accounting / Fiduciary as well as for HR professionals (or with a comparable level of education) we offer the course Payroll Expert edupool.ch.
General competencies
- Implementation of complex, social security-related regulations
- Carrying out complex payroll accounting and the transfer to the wage statements
- Solving complex issues concerning the obligation to continue to pay wages and the calculation of overtime and extra time
- Professional handling of payroll accounting in compliance with labor, tax and social security regulations
Requirements
- 2 years of general professional experience in a commercial environment after completion of the training as well as
- Certificate Payroll Manager or
- At least 80% class attendance in the course Payroll Manager/in edupool.ch, also without examination certificate, if the Payroll Expert is completed directly in the semester following the Manager or
- Diploma SB Human Resources/SB Social Insurance/SB Accounting edupool.ch
- or an equivalent commercial further education
- or at least 5 years of HR professional experience with focus on payroll administration
- Good knowledge of written and spoken German (level C1, see also "Self-assessment test German" available on www.edupool.ch/pr)
- Interested persons who do not have the above-mentioned qualifications may be admitted "sur dossier" if they have at least 10 years of HR professional experience with a focus on payroll administration.
