The Business School Thun is one of only a few schools in Switzerland to offer the Healthcare Administrator course edupool.ch since 2019. The course Healthcare Administrator edupool.ch imparts sound basic knowledge in the areas of legal principles, players/responsibilities, insurance, tariffs as well as communication.
You are interested in the complex world of healthcare and would like to expand your knowledge. The edupool.ch Healthcare Administrator course provides you with sound basic knowledge in the areas of legal principles, players/responsibilities, insurance, tariffs and communication. You will know how the healthcare system is financed and be able to incorporate legal framework conditions into your work. You will perform administrative tasks related to case management and provide information to patients as well as internal and external partners. In addition, this course is the ideal preparation for further training as a hospital specialist with a federal certificate.

Professional requirements
- Mandatory: At least two years of general professional experience at the time of the examination date (basic education will be credited)
Good knowledge of written and spoken German (level C1, see also "Self-assessment test German" available at www.edupool.ch/gw) - Recommended: User basics Windows (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
