Legal specialists HF are employees with a sound, generalist and legal background and orientation knowledge. As an employee in a company, in public administration or as a trustee, they handle tasks with legal relevance and simpler legal cases on the basis of a sound theoretical and practice-based legal basic and methodological knowledge.
A practical understanding of civil law, criminal law, commercial and business law, constitutional and administrative law and procedural law enables them to take a holistic approach to legal tasks and problems.
Legal Specialists HF advise internal and external clients on legal issues, draw up and review contracts, handle debt collection, criminal law cases as well as tasks in public administration and develop the basis for public notarizations.
In the case of more complex or demanding legal cases, HF legal specialists handle part of the assignment and act as an interface to BA, MA lawyers and attorneys.
Since legal specialists HF cannot actively appear in court, their role is often that of an internal advisor or a qualified clerk.
