Description
The MAS Leadership & Management offers a psychologically based, modularized and part-time continuing education program that also supports leaders in their personal development. There are a total of twelve CAS courses to choose from, of which at least three must be completed. The MAS program is completed by a master's module, which includes the master's thesis, a disposition and the final colloquium.
Requirements
Own management function with line or project responsibility
- and university degree
- or comparable education with at least 2 years of own leadership experience.
Participants must hold a management position during all completed modules.
For participants of MAS courses who are admitted "sur dossier" without a university degree (university of applied sciences, university of teacher education, university), supplementary participation in the continuing education course "Science-based work" is mandatory.
