The Diploma of Financial Advisor IAF is the practical qualification for advising medium-sized private individuals. The diploma Financial Advisor IAF advises and supports his clients competently and successfully in the areas of assets, retirement planning, insurance and real estate. The focus is on the client, the advice and the sale. The qualification is recognized by Finma as a professional qualification for registration as an insurance intermediary. It is recognized by the registry of advisors regservices.ch as proof of knowledge for client advisors according to FIDLEG.

Requirements

There are no formal prerequisites for attending the course. Practical experience in advising private individuals on the topics of the individual modules combined with up-to-date specialist knowledge is highly recommended.
The prerequisite for admission to the federal final examination is the successful passing of the examination for the dipl. financial advisor IAF. For further details on admission to the examination, please refer to the IAF guidelines and examination regulations.
