CAS Leadership Competencies I: Effective Leadership

In this CAS you will learn instruments, methods and tools to perform challenging leadership tasks in middle management and to actively shape your leadership role.

The course of study:

• is aimed primarily at people with leadership responsibilities from non-profit organizations and public administration in the social, health and education sectors,
• enables you to take on demanding leadership tasks in middle management and to actively shape your leadership role,
