Operational HR Management
HR professionals are employed in companies in various HR processes. In addition, you can perform the function of division manager HR in medium-sized companies.
Specialization B
Public Personnel Recruitment and Consulting
A modern, and generalist oriented personality corresponds to the job description. You will work in public regional employment centers (RAV). Main objective of the tasks: Within the framework of the ALV and the AVIG (unemployment insurance and insolvency compensation and its implementing regulations), to integrate job seekers quickly and as sustainably as possible into the labor market.
Specialization C
Private recruitment and staff leasing
You work for private recruitment agencies or in staff leasing. The main task is the timely procurement of human capital. They act within the framework of the Employment Agency Act (AVG) and the Collective Labor Agreement for Staff Leasing.
The course is intended for employees of a company who have been entrusted with the task of personnel recruitment, selection or hiring, remuneration, administration, supervision and development of employees, company social welfare, employment contract law and training and development of employees.
For prospective or already relevant professionals in the private sector and public administration who wish to acquire the knowledge of operational human resource management or personnel placement, consulting or hiring and who wish to make an important contribution to the achievement of the strategic and operational goals of the company or an institution, taking into account a careful management of resources.
Admissionrequirements / Admission

Admission to the professional examination (Federal Diploma) is granted to those who have the following prior education and professional experience at the time of registration:
1. for all specializations
a) a Swiss Federal Certificate of Proficiency (EFZ), a high school diploma, a specialized high school diploma, a specialized middle school diploma or an equivalent diploma
and
b) the certificate of the certificate examination for personnel assistant
as well as additional proof of
2. for specialization A:
c) 4 years of professional experience after having passed the EFZ or equivalent qualification according to a), of which at least 2 years of HR experience (according to the job description of specialization A)
2. for specialization B:
c) 4 years of professional experience following completion of the EFZ or equivalent qualification in accordance with point a), of which at least 2 years must be AVIG enforcement experience (in accordance with the job description for specialization B)
2. for specialization C:
c) 4 years of professional experience following completion of the EFZ or equivalent qualification in accordance with point a), including at least 2 years of HR experience (in accordance with the job description for specialization A, B or C), at least 1 year of which must be in private recruitment and leasing (in accordance with job description C)
The SERI (State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation) decides on the equivalence of foreign qualifications.
